Introducing Koho, Immitracker’s newest financial service partner in Canada

Starting this May, Immitracker added our first new marketplace partner of the year: KOHO Financial.

KOHO is a Canadian Fintech company that provides a full-service spending and savings account with no hidden fees, instant cash back on the must-haves, and interest on your entire balance. It is used by over 900,000 Canadians! The Koho app gives you instant and easy access to your account and better ways to budget. With a reloadable prepaid Mastercard you can spend more simply and save while you do it – it’s the app made for your money.

Through our partnership with Koho, we’re providing a unique offering for our Canadian newcomer audience! You can sign up for a free Koho account with code “IMMITRACKER”. Once you sign up and load your KOHO account with funds through e-transfer, Mastercard/Visa debit, or set up a direct deposit: you will get a $40 bonus in your KOHO account when you make your first purchase within 30 days of registration.

Additional services you can receive from Koho by signing up through Immitracker include the 3-months of Credit Building (value of $30) for free. In order to take advantage of the Credit Building product, you can follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you have $10 in your KOHO account and subscribe to Credit Building in the app

  2. KOHO will collect the funds and report them to the credit bureau to help you build your credit. You will receive a credit score update each month.

  3. On the 15th of the following month, you will get a refund of $10. KOHO will repeat the same process for the next two months.

To learn more about Koho, their offerings, and sign up for an account even prior to arriving to Canada, you can check them out on the Immitracker marketplace.
